Metal: Silver (Sword Blade, Hammer Head)
Metal: Black (Mace Head, All Handles)
Forces of Light: Red/Gold
Horde of the Black Crusade: Green/Black

Styrofoam Sheet (Sword)
Styrofoam Block (Hammer)
PVC Pipe Tubing (Hammer)
PVC Pipe Tubing (Mace)
2 Nerf Soccer Balls (Mace)
Plastic Chain (Mace)
Gorilla Glue (or similar hardcore adhesive)
Duct Tape

SWORD
A) Take 1/2 of styrofoam sheet and cut a sword shape from it, handle and hand guard included. Should resemble a “T” shape with pointed end for tip of sword.

B) Lay cut sword above other 1/2 of sheet. Cut an identical sword shape from this half too.

C) Duct tape both pieces together. Then continue to completely cover the entire sword in duct tape, from end to end.

HAMMER
A) Cut foam block into a thick rectangular shape.

B) Insert PVC pipe into center of foam block on one of the longer sides.

C) Glue then duct tape to hold in place.

D) Duct tape the entire hammer head completely from end to end in order to prevent breakage.

MACE
A) Cut one soccer ball into diamond shapes for spikes.

B) Cut small hole in remaining full ball to insert chain.

C) Glue spikes onto full ball, spaced appropriately for the number of spike. Be sure to avoid covering the chain hole.

D) Insert one end of chain into ball, the other into PVC pipe. Glue then duct tape to hold in place.
